Here's your first look at Baby Harman! The top one is a side profile. You can see the little hand up by its face and its leg and its little baby belly!




This one, the baby is more one its side so you can see the back of it's head and a really good look at its foot and toes! Head to rump measured at 7 cm! Thats 2 3/4 inches. Heart beat was 160 bpm.

FAQ

I decided I would answer the 2 most frequently asked questions on here, since I'm sure if you haven't asked them yet you would like to know anyway.

Are we going to find out if its a boy or a girl? Yes, we are planning on finding out, but we are not sure yet if we will tell.

Do we have names picked out? Yes we have names picked out that we like, but again we are not telling anyone what they are until we actually name the baby when it gets here. Also, what if the baby is born and we decide its not one of the names we had already picked out and choose a completely different name? I want to be able to do that.

First blog!

Hi Everyone-

As I'm sure you all know by now, we are going to have a baby! We are about 13 1/2 weeks along and things have been going well so far, except of course, the horrible morning sickness (that lasts all day) that I've endured for the past 2 months. It seems like things are finally getting better though. I'm very happy about that.

So far, we have had one ultrasound at 7 weeks, where the baby needed to be pointed out to us and was just a blob. The tech said it was the size of a piece of rice! We have had 2 doctor appointments, and we got to hear the heartbeat last week at the 12 week checkup. It was crazy! and fun! We have another ultrasound tomorrow, so we will try to post the scan from that, since it should look more like a human being now!
